Terms of Service

Last updated: April 20, 2026

Welcome to Byldr. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of byldr.co and any services, software, or work we provide (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who We Are

Byldr helps people design, build, and automate software. When these Terms refer to "we," "us," or "our," they mean Byldr. When they refer to "you," they mean the individual or organization using the Service.

Using the Service

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when you submit a request or contact us.
  • You agree not to misuse the Service — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.
  • You are responsible for any activity that happens through your account or contact information.

Requests and Engagements

Submitting a request through our form or by phone does not create a binding contract for work. Any project we take on will be covered by a separate written agreement (a proposal, statement of work, or email confirmation) that defines scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables. If no separate agreement is in place, our response to your request is informational only.

Fees and Payment

Browsing byldr.co is free. Any paid work is billed as agreed in the applicable statement of work or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the period noted on the invoice, and late amounts may incur reasonable finance charges.

Intellectual Property

  • Our material. The Byldr name, logo, site, and content we publish are owned by Byldr or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.
  • Your material. You retain ownership of anything you send us — requests, data, files, or ideas. You grant us a limited license to use that material to respond to your request and deliver the Service.
  • Deliverables. Ownership of work product we create for you is set in the applicable statement of work. By default, final deliverables transfer to you once paid for in full, while we retain rights to general tools, libraries, and know-how used to build them.

Voice and Call Features

If you use the voice-input feature or call the number listed on our site, your audio and any transcripts may be processed by our transcription and telephony providers in order to deliver the feature. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, transcription, email, telephony, and similar functions. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content or advice obtained through it will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Byldr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Byldr harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are using the Service in a way that could harm Byldr, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be announced on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Byldr is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
